Welcome to The Utah Bail Enforcement Association. The association was established to serve the members of the bail enforcement community in Utah, and also the surrounding states. The association serves its members through networking, continuing education, improving governing legislation, and increasing channels of communication. Our objective is to bring Bail Enforcement Agents together to increase the standards and professionalism of our profession.

Agents licensed and working in the State of Utah, as well as those in surrounding states, are encouraged to join the Association and support its efforts to improve our industry standards and our relations with one another, and those we serve. Utah Bail Enforcement Agents are licensed through the Utah Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Identification.
